New ClayShare Market Site Info

Our new site is coming online and here's some info that will help you get settled and understand the changes from the old market site.

Member Discounts

ClayShare members still get their discount, but where you see the markdown is different. You'll see your discount in your cart now instead of on the individual product pages.

Member discount begins when your free trial ends. We are automating the process of turning on member discounts. The thing that triggers it is a free trial on ClayShare ending and the person becoming a paying member. There's no real way for me to make it happen any faster than that.

If you're already a paying member at ClayShare and you're not seeing your discount here on the market, email kevin@clayshare.com and let me know. It's likely just a hiccup in the member migration process.

Shipping Options

We are working on more shipping options for you and will add them as shipping accounts get approved for us. We know shipping is expensive and we're doing everything we can to save you money.

Right now we are only shipping to the US but we're working on the International option as quickly as we can. International is based on rate tables so a cost table needs to get built for every country we ship to; it's a massive amount of work.
